First Settlement

The First Settlement is a community in New Cairo, located about 30.6 kilometers east of Cairo’s center. It is situated east of the Ring Road, between the Cairo-Suez Desert Road and the Cairo-Ain Sokhna Road. 

The First Settlement is part of the Cairo Governorate and falls under the jurisdiction of the Second New Cairo Police Department. 

This neighborhood is conveniently located near many key areas and government facilities. Its position provides easy access to major roads and public transportation, making it simple to travel to and from neighboring areas.
