Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation & Management:
    • Develop, create, and post visually engaging content (photos, videos, infographics) showcasing properties, real estate services, and industry trends.
    • Design and execute creative campaigns to attract potential buyers and increase brand visibility.
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across social media platforms.
  2. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy tailored to the real estate market.
    • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform content and campaigns.
    • Monitor the performance of posts and campaigns, adjusting strategies for better results.
  3. Platform Management:
    • Oversee and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
    • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
    • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and posts to build relationships and foster a sense of community.
  4. Paid Advertising:
    • Develop, implement, and monitor paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google Ads) targeting specific buyer segments.
    • Optimize ad spend and performance to maximize ROI for real estate listings and lead generation.
  5. Lead Generation:
    • Use social media platforms to attract new leads and nurture existing prospects.
    • Drive traffic to the company website or landing pages for property listings and inquiries.
  6. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and conversions.
    • Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and suggest improvements.
  7. Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with the real estate team, including agents and marketing professionals, to stay updated on new listings and promotions.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure messaging aligns with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  8. Stay Updated:
    • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the real estate industry.
    • Stay informed on emerging platforms and technologies that could enhance social media presence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
