Engineer Tarek El Sebaei, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, announced that the Authority's Board of Directors has approved the allocation of an 18.18-feddan land plot in the southern area of 6th of October City, adjacent to the residential neighborhoods, to Al Manara Development Company. The land is intended for the development of an integrated urban project.
El Sebaei further explained that the allocation is made under the sale system, with pricing determined according to the Authority’s standard rates and the recommendations of the relevant pricing committees.
