Town Writers

Town Writers, formerly known as Eight Developments, has entered a new phase in its distinguished journey by rebranding to better align with its evolving vision. This vision goes beyond simply creating luxurious residential properties; it also emphasizes the development of communities that prioritize human growth alongside architectural excellence. 

  Town Writers' achievements build on the foundation established by Eight Developments, which was founded in 2017 as an affiliate of the Egyptian Investment Authority and a member of the esteemed ARO Holding group. Under the leadership of Engineer Omar El Saadawi, Town Writers has successfully completed over 52 projects in just five years, primarily in New Cairo and El Gouna.
